At the time of concluding the reservation and the contract, the Customer Service representative offered us to us to visit the site regularly. However, as soon as we had critical remarks (and after having paid 90% of the price), the same representative told us that we could not entry the site.

La vente en l'état futur d'achèvement est le contrat par lequel le vendeur transfère immédiatement à l'acquéreur ses droits sur le sol ainsi que la propriété des constructions existantes. Les ouvrages à venir deviennent la propriété de l'acquéreur au fur et à mesure de leur exécution ; l'acquéreur est tenu d'en payer le prix à mesure de l'avancement des travaux.
Le vendeur conserve les pouvoirs de maître de l'ouvrage jusqu'à la réception des travaux.

It was quite difficult to check the advancement of work. The Representative of Promogim declared the site as "forbidden for the public", but he forgot that the owner of the land and existing constructions is not "just a public".
On the other hand the mortgage providing bank requested that the owners check the invoiced work.
According to the law, the contract known in France as "VEFA" (La vente en l'état futur d'achèvement) transfers the the rights for the land and existing constructions to the buyer, but some representatives of Promogim had a different interpretation.
